Classic Swedish summer house close to the beach
A beautiful house with some sea view and a 1 minute walk to the beach and docks. Has all that you need for an enjoyful stay on a calm island (bridge connection to mainland) just outside of Gävle (20 min car ride from Gävle, 1.5 hours from Stockholm). Main house lower floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with 46 inch TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed should extra beds be needed). Upper floor is an open area divided by a bathroom (smallish however contains shower and washing machine) with one king size bed, one kids bed and two mattresses and a couch. Smaller house has one [extra large] king size bed and a loft that can have either two adults or two kids.Baby bed and baby chair can be arranged if needed. Outdoor area has furniture and kids toys, swings and trampoline.
Very relaxing island with friendly people. Nice little beach. Dock with space for a boat if you would want to bring that.
Subletting primarily because we want the house to be used - get fresh air in and the water to be circulated in the system.
Pictures of small house missing at the moment however completely new with one large bed (240cm) plus a loft with bed for 1-2 kids OR one non-klaustrofobic grown up : )
No pets and NO SMOKING inside.
