Bright and airy 1.5 story house (150sqm) with 4 bedrooms, large mature garden (1005sqm with fruit trees, bushes, and lawn) and outdoor terrace and basement with laundry facilities. Partial seaview from upstairs.

Excellent location in the charming old fishing village Domsten -- a short walk to the seafront to enjoy swimming, walks or bike tours along the coastline, Kullagunnarstorp nature reserve and Skaneleden / Kulladleden walking and biking trails. A perfect base to discover the nearby beauty of this part of Sweden and an easy hop over to Denmark.

Downstairs is a large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen / living / dining area that opens onto a wooden terrace with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave etc. and table settings for eight people.

Upstairs enjoys partial seaviews over to Kronborg Castle in Denmark with a bright landing area and a small balcony with seating for two. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower area and 4 bedrooms.
