Live in the country in your own summer house only 40 minutes drive to Stockholm. The house is located on a forest plot of 6000 sqm next to Kvarnsjön with its own jetty and rowing boat. However, shallow and with vegetation, not so bath-friendly but lovely to hang on the bridge. Good bathing jetty is approx. 300m away. Broadband via fiber (100/100) makes it easy to work from home. Here it is quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy a rich bird and nature life. The house is 54 sqm divided into two bedrooms (4 beds in total), kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Barbecue, for cozy evenings.

Nice large sunny terrace in the south with outdoor furniture. Proximity to nice baths. Both rock baths and nice beaches with jetty. 1km to the Baltic Sea. Bus stop about 300 m from the house. About 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. 15 min to Åkersberga center, where there is a large selection of shopping and grocery stores.

For rent weekly to a maximum of 4 people. Smoke and animal free! Bring sheets and towels. Not for party. Security deposit of SEK 2,000 is charged in connection with booking which is returned on departure provided that everything is neat and tidy.

The house / plot is NOT suitable for families with children with small children as it is partly hilly with high edges.
