Bohemian lair with art

Between Tomelilla and Simrishamn, directly west of Lunnarp by road 11, we live in a farm, where there is also a smithy and a gallery. Very different apartment with a lot of art, books, a typewriter (similar to the one Hemmingway had), bluetooth speakers, TV, wine cooler, everything an ordinary kitchen has, kitchen boiler with accumulator tank and radiator, small stove, air / air heating, 3 1st floor with mattress and armchair. The apartment has been the boy's and the maid's room, on the ground floor were the horses + milk room. You will live next door to our gallery. The stairs to the upper floor are a little uncomfortable (step height 20 cm, I st f normal 17-18). The steps to the 3rd floor only for completely mobile people. There is outdoor furniture in the courtyard on both sides. In bad weather you can sit in the gallery. Access to barbecue. The apartment is primarily intended for adults, and I secondarily for adult / adults and teenager / s.
It is 20 min to Simrishamn and the East Coast, 30 min to the south coast The whole of Österlen is full of restaurants and beginners, there is a list in the apartment with the place (with travel for corona restrictions). We who are on site are fully vaccinated.
