Unique Seacottage On Island - 10 Meters To The Sea

Welcome to our wonderful summerparadise at the southern archipelago of Stockholm, just 55 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The house is a seacottage built in 2016 with glass-facade to the waterline with fantastic sea-view and just 10 meters to your own pontoon-brige on the water. Access to 90 meters of waterline with cliffs and bridges and a large meadow on the back side. The house is a guesthouse located on host´s plot, about 25 meters from the main building, even thou with secluded location without direct transparency. The waterline area and the meadow we will use together, but the beach-area and pontoon-bridge directly below your cottage is still ”your own”. The cottage is 32m² with alcove and loft - stylish, tidy and clean. Suitable for 4 persons.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with induction cook-top, microwave owen, airfryer, espressomachine and refrigerator with a little freezer. There is a fireplace inside the cottage if it gets a little chilly or just for comfort. There are one dubble bed in an alcove downstairs and two single beds on the loft upstairs. Around the house there is a large terrace, which is built in segments to the waterfront side with a lot of space to sit and rest with a wonderful sea-view. On one of the longsides of the house is a large deck with table and four chairs, a large awning gives shadow and shelter from the sun.

Inside the house there is only cold water in the tap (fresh water). Shower is outdoors directly on the sun-deck and the water is heated by the afternoon sun. A cloudy day you might not be able to take a hot shower, but that´s the charm of living close to the nature... 😉 Sink is at the corner of the house and about 3 meters from the house, in a separate building, is a water-free toilet with a odorless incineration-system (2017). Please, note that there is no bathroom, shower or toilet inside the cottage. No smoking allowed. Towels and linens are not included, but these are possible to rent. There are quilts and pillows. Charcoal grill is availible. It is possible to rent canoe and SUP. Cleaning is not included in the price, but can be arranged to an extra cost.

This seacottage is located on a small island not far from Torö, about 20 minutes from town Nynäshamn. There are no general communications between the mainland and our island. On the mainland is a large pontoon for boats and free car-parking. We will pick you up there with our motorboat and drive you to the island. The boattrip takes around 10 minutes. On the island there are 30 summerhouses and no streets, cars or shops. The house is located on the eastern side of the island at a calm bay with connection the the great sea through two sounds of each side (southern and northern sound). On the opposite side there is a national forest without any buildings. If you are lucky you see both bald eagle and beaver.

This summerhouse is suiteable for persons who prefer a natural way of living, enjoying a lifestyle in peace and quiet. If you like to have a party and play loud music, it is better to choose another alternative for your vacation. This vacational object may also not be suitable for persons with any difficulties to walk or move, because of steep stairs around the house. The house is located quite high up in the terrain and the ground around the house i hilly on both the front och back sides. Families with small children may consider this and also that there are no childproof railing around the terrace.

We rent out our faboluos seacottage to nice and responsible guests, who have reached the age of 30+. Welcome with your request or booking!
