Newly built apartment with two bedrooms and one smaller room with bunk bed. Combined kitchen/all-purpose room. Shower and WC. Two spacious and lovely patios with view towards the Smögenbryggan. Several garden furniture’s and barbeque area. Private parking outside. Berth available and an access ramp nearby. Everything newly built in 2014. 3-5 minutes’ walk to fantastic swimming spot with cliffs and pier ladder. 10 - 15 minutes’ walk to Valdevik and Makrillviken who offer jetties with diving tower and a small sandy beach together with one gentlemen swimming spot and one ladies swimming spot. Sandö badet with its lovely sandy beach is a bit further away and is very children friendly. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.
