About the residence

Floor 2: Spacious family room in open plan, sleeping area with 180 bed plus two 90 beds. Dining area with dining table for 4. TV area with armchair, 3 seater sofa, 55" flat screen TV.
From the living room you can reach a spacious veranda of + 35 square meters with outdoor furniture, deck chairs, parasol and gas grill (in season).
There are 2 parking spaces next to the house. Cats and dogs allowed (but not barking dogs)

ABOUT THE AREA
The annex is one of three houses on the property, the owner lives in the villa next door. The houses are in Böckerskogen with a view of Bjäre's open landscape in a rural, close-to-nature environment. Neighbor to Båstad and Bjäre GK! The distance to central Båstad is 3.9 km and Västra Karup 3 km.
