Welcome to our cosy cottage built in traditional country style, with a wonderful view over the lake Övingen in the municipality of Sävsjö. The cottage was fully renovated 2005 and has thus all necessary and modern comfort, although the traditional style is carefully kept (board flooring, open fireplace, country kitchen with seatings). The charming garden includes a place for outdoor grilling and in the shelter of the new built winter garden you can relax with a great view over the lake. The nearest neighbour (the owner of the cottage) lives about 200m away. The cottage has an own jetty and own boat in the lake Övingen, which is a spring lake famous for the clean water. If you feel for an active vacation there are nice hiking trails, a private tennis court and fishing possibilities. Within driving distance you will find “Möbelriket”, “Glasriket”, Astrid Lindgren´s world, High Chaparal, horse riding, golf courses, swimming pools, nice taverns…
