You can walk or bike many of its beautiful trails, or golf at the local golf course(7km from cottage)
The grocery store is located nearby, as well as a convenience store and a Pizza place.
Espevik Beach is within walking distance, complete with a dock and ladder for swimming.
Varberg offers a variety of sightseeing.You can view one of the oldest forts in Scandinavia and if you like, the ferry can take you on a day trip to Denmark!
Getteröns Nature reserve is conveniently located close by, and if you enjoy shopping, Gekås in Ullared (30km) offers deals for the whole family.
Lisebergs Amusement Park in Gothenburg is open to all ages, and is about 60 km from Varberg.
